This quick and rich cheese is a host favorite in Finland. Typically topped with a spoonful of cloudberry jam and enjoyed with coffee.

These pinwheel-shaped prune tarts are a seasonal favorite, but there is no reason that one couldn’t enjoy them year round! Best enjoyed with coffee or tea.
